Amy Klug
As General Counsel for Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Amy leads the company’s legal organization, providing strategic guidance company-wide on areas such as legal risk mitigation, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and commercial transactions, among others. In addition, Amy oversees the company’s corporate communications and government affairs functions. Amy also serves as the Secretary for Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. and several other of the company’s corporate entities in the U.S.
Prior to joining Daiichi Sankyo in 2016, Amy served as a legal consultant to the company for several years through Axiom Law. Amy also served as a litigation associate in private practice at McCarter & English, LLP and Connell Foley, LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
